Workplace Virtues

With today’s marketplace, I am doing everything I can to study and improve my craft, as I’m sure many of you are.  In my daily quest to get better and learn more, I ran across this valuable article on Salary.com which I shared with my staff.  It talks about the “7 Noble Virtues of the Workplace.”  Practicing these virtues can help increase both satisfaction and productivity at your job. Some of these virtues include:

Prudence – knowing when to keep quiet about something

Justice – being fair and honest with others

            Courage – accepting challenging tasks

Read the article – it has some great insights! Are you practicing some or all of these virtues? How have they helped you? Feel free to share if you think there are other virtues we should be using in the workplace.
