A travel nursing career may be the perfect option for you! As a travel nurse, you have the freedom to choose where you want to work and your schedule while being taken care of every step of the way by a dedicated recruiter. Travel nursing assignments with hospitals are generally 13 weeks in length. Once you complete an assignment, travel to your next one or take a break in between. As it requires adapting to a new environment in a short period of time, flexibility is vital. Being a team player, maintaining a positive attitude, and being able to acclimate well to a variety of settings are also important to successful healthcare careers “on the road”.

  • What do I need to do to start working with a healthcare staffing agency such as Aureus Medical?
