Alta (Lynette) T., Polysomnographer
Lynette has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Cardiopulmonary and Allied Health Division of Aureus Medical Group. Lynette has worked five assignments with Aureus Medical over the last two years and is currently completing a year-long contract. Lynette is a workhorse. She always picks up as much overtime as she can and never complains. During an onsite visit, the manager said “they want her as long as she will stay” and “I don’t know where she gets all her energy.” Lynette is a true professional and Aureus is lucky to have her on our team.
Linda M., Sonographer (Echocardiology)
Linda has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Diagnostic Imaging Division of Aureus Medical Group. Linda is currently on her 16th assignment with Aureus and is commonly asked to extend her assignment. She is also asked back by name when a facility has an upcoming need. She works hard and will do anything the hospital asks of her. Linda is friendly, never misses work, is easy to work with, and makes the best of any situation. Aureus truly appreciates all that she does. She is a valued member of the Aureus family.
Brian T., Phlebotomist
Brian has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Medical Laboratory Division of Aureus Medical Group. Brian has been an Aureus employee since 2007! He is always cheerful and a great representation of our company. He works all shifts assigned without complaint and has extended his latest assignment past a year. Brian truly exhibits the values that Aureus Medical strives for and we appreciate all that he does.
Darren P. – Nursing Manager/ICU
Darren has been awarded the honor of being one of the Employees of the Quarter for the Nursing Division of Aureus Medical Group. Darren has been working for Aureus consistently in a leadership capacity since January 2015. At every assignment he has had with us, he has been asked to extend and even been offered roles on a permanent basis. In his most recent assignment at a critical access hospital, he started as the House Supervisor. After seeing what extraordinary leadership skills he had, a position was created for him by his Chief Nursing Officer and they brought him back as the Director of Inpatient Services. In addition to his Directorship responsibilities, Darren has spent nearly every shift jumping in, taking a patient load to help his team and to ensure that patient care is number one. Because of his communication skills, leadership, and integrity we are truly lucky to have someone of this magnitude representing Aureus.
Vivian B., RN (Psych)
Vivian has been awarded the honor of being one of the Employees of the Quarter for the Nursing Division of Aureus Medical Group. Vivian is on her ninth assignment with Aureus. She has set the standard for our travelers in the field. She’s been asked to extend everywhere she’s worked. Vivian cares about her patients and is very professional to work with. She travels for the right reasons and in addition to working full time, she is still going to school to better her education. Her account manager says, “Her smile is very contagious with anyone in her life and I can’t say enough positive things about her!”
Ryan S., Physical Therapist
Ryan has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Rehabilitation Therapy Division of Aureus Medical Group. Ryan has been an extremely dependable, flexible, and professional employee over his last five assignments. While on assignment, he is always asked to either extend his current assignment or is offered a full-time staff position with the client. He has referred multiple other employees to Aureus and always reaches out to other therapists while on assignment. The clients say that he is an excellent clinician who quickly adapts to the setting and their staff. We appreciate all that Ryan does for Aureus Medical.
