Aureus Medical is happy to announce its Employees of the Quarter. Employees are nominated by their Account Managers each quarter. The winners will then be included in the 2011 Employee of the Year nominations. Congratulations to all!
Amy M., Respiratory Therapist
Amy has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Cardiopulmonary Division of Aureus Medical Group. Amy has worked eight assignments for Aureus over the past three years. Every manager she has worked with has been very complimentary of her and said that if they have another need, she would be their first call. She has invested in 15 state licenses and has all of the certifications possible in order to make herself more marketable. Her excellent attitude helps her stand out from the crowd. We are lucky to have Amy as a part of the Aureus Medical team!
Kymberly Z., General/Vascular Ultrasound Technologist
Kymberly has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Diagnostic Imaging Division of Aureus Medical Group. She has worked over 3,700 hours for Aureus. A supervisor at her current assignment said, “She is the best. She gets along with everyone.” With her friendly smile, she gets along with everyone and works to get to know all of her coworkers. She’s even teaching a sonographer of 30 years a few new things! Kymberly is a true asset and we are proud to have her as a part of the Aureus Medical team.
Kellianne T., Medical Laboratory Technician
Kellianne has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Medical Laboratory Division of Aureus Medical Group. Kellianne has worked 12 assignments for us and is an excellent representative for Aureus. She takes pride in her work and is flexible and understanding to what the client requests and needs. . The clients rave about her ability to get along with the current staff and train extraordinarily fast. Kellianne portrays the best of Aureus and we are lucky to have her representing the company.

Tia has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Nursing Division of Aureus Medical Group. Tia has worked with Aureus since February 2007 and is now on her fifth assignment. She is extremely friendly with a positive attitude and always makes sure her paperwork is up to date and submitted on time. She’s been a great source of information about staffing needs at her current hospital. We are proud to have Tia represent Aureus Medical on assignments.

Sarah has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Rehab Therapy Division of Aureus Medical Group. Sarah works as an Occupational Therapist and has been traveling with Aureus since January 2008. She consistently receives high marks in all categories on her reviews. Her directors love her and have asked repeatedly for her to stay on board as a full-time employee. At her current assignment, Sarah has been working at a lead OT which is a testament to her leadership, strong clinical skills, and dedication to her patients. We appreciate how she goes above and beyond on each assignment!
Dietta G., Nurse Practitioner
Dietta has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Advanced Practice Division of Aureus Medical Group. Dietta exemplifies the word flexible when it comes to travel. She has been in Arizona, Wisconsin (in the winter!), and North Dakota. One manager commented on her evaluation, “We appreciated her very much and would love to have her come back sometime. She is a wonderful asset to any organization!” At every assignment, the staff have loved her and thrown her a going-away party. She is currently scheduled on assignments through mid-November and even has facilities asking for her then. Dietta is a true professional and Aureus is lucky to have her representing us.
