A traveling nurse should work out to keep fit and functional

Nursing is a strenuous profession, filled with physical activity. Its daily tasks require lifting, pushing, turning and using almost all of the muscle groups. While it may be difficult to find time to work out between shifts, it can prevent being injured on the job.

There's no need for a traveling nurse to bench press until they resemble the Incredible Hulk. Just 30 minutes a day can assist in creating a stronger, more balanced medical professional who's ready to take on the physical aspects of the job.

Try to work out multiple muscle groups at once. This cuts down on time in the gym and incorporates realistic body motion into the workout.
