Aureus Medical Group employees Janice Fogle and Beverly Berger share their experiences working in the Respiratory Therapy field. Fogle is a 34-year healthcare veteran who was inspired to become a Respiratory Therapist after watching her father fight for each breath and dying at 39, a victim of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Berger changed careers from an LPN to a Respiratory Therapist, drawn to the field after losing both her husband and mother to cancer.

Aureus Medical Group employee Carrie Shaw, RNC, shares some great tips for adapting schedule while on assignment.
