Generational Tension

I recently read an article about generational tension in the workplace.  I’m sure that this type of tension exists in any workplace, whether it be in an insurance office, a large corporation, the medical field, the retail industry, etc. While communication is key to any resolution of tension in the workplace, this article suggests that mentoring is another option as a bridge to the workplace generation gap.   I think we all can take something away from this article and help ease the tension that sometimes exists between the four generations (Veterans, Boomers, Gen X, and Gen Y).
