Aureus offers compensation that extends beyond our excellent pay rates and

program where you can earn up to $1000 for referring a friend, family member, or

Other bonuses, including sign-on and completion bonuses, vary from assignment
to assignment but are often available.

We want you to be comfortable and feel secure while on assignment. You’ll

amenities of home. Your arrangements regarding all aspects of your move and your
stay will be handled by our experienced in-house housing department,
AurHomes.
Tuition Reimbursement & Professional Development
Take advantage of our tuition reimbursement
program and further your career as a healthcare provider, administrator, or
educator. We’ll cover the cost of tuition and books, up to $12,000 per degree.
It’s the highest reimbursement rate in the healthcare industry! In addition,
employees are eligible to receive $300 per year for continuing education once
540 hours of service is completed.

Your dedicated Account Manager will assist you with career planning and help you
chart your course from one assignment to the next. Want to remain at a facility
beyond your original contract? Do you have a specific destination in mind, even
if it’s in your immediate area? Your Account Manager will work with client
facilities on your behalf to make sure you achieve what you want from your
career.
