Live & Learn TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM

Program Details

Aureus Medical Group will pay up to $3,000 every six months and up to $12,000 per degree for qualifying degree programs. Qualifying degree programs include bachelor and master level programs in nursing, allied health, healthcare administration, and healthcare education. Covered expenses include class registration and required books.

To be eligible for the Live & Learn Tuition Reimbursement Program benefit, you must:

  • Have previously worked an assignment with Aureus Medical of at least 13 weeks.
  • Remain actively employed with Aureus (or have confirmed assignment with start date) at beginning and end of class.
  • Maintain full-time status for duration of assignment (30 hours per week).

Requirements:

  • Submit Live & Learn Tuition Reimbursement Request Form for each class to your Account Manager at least 30 days before class start date for pre-approval by Aureus Education Department.
  • The Aureus Education Department will notify you of pre-approval or denial of request and send copy of pre-approved request form back to you. All decisions of Aureus Education Department are final.
  • If approved, you must pay for class, books, and any applicable registration fees up front.
  • Once class is completed, submit your pre-approved Live & Learn Tuition Reimbursement Request Form back to your Account Manager along with final grades and itemized, dated receipt(s) outlining class and book expenses.
  • Receipts constitute a class registration form, which bears the name of the institution and indicates the class number, title, dates, and number of credit hours, and a payment receipt which includes the name of the institution and itemized, dated receipts for all other expenses (i.e. books). Non-refundable expenses include late registration fees, parking, notebooks, supplies, etc.
  • If you have registered for more than one course and your invoices are combined, please separate your receipts to match the course(s) you are applying for. (Make sure there is a receipt for each expense listed).
  • Submit proof of course completion and the grade received from the institution. Failure to do so within 30 days after the course ends will authorize the company to assume non-completion of course. Only those courses with a passing grade of “C” or better will be eligible for reimbursement.

Tuition reimbursement will be made within 30 days of post-course submittal and approval. Once approved and within 30 days, reimbursement will be paid on your next paycheck.
