  • Should I travel or start with a full-time job?

    Healthcare careers, whether travel nursing, travel therapy, or full-time positions, require research and planning on your part. There are benefits to each option. Speak to a student outreach coordinator who will help you weigh your options.

  • Can I travel as a new graduate?

    Students and new grads seeking travel therapy jobs are able to be placed in assignments immediately following graduation whereas travel nursing jobs require at least two years of hospital based experience. Our role is to make sure that you are placed in an environment conducive to new and recent graduates. A student outreach coordinator will be assigned to you to help make the transition from school to work. Travel healthcare careers can provide great experience for new and recent grads.

  • How do I get started as a travel therapist or travel nurse?

    Begin by speaking with a student outreach coordinator who will talk with you about where you want to work geographically and what your interests are, then will engage our team members to help identify opportunities that match your preferences. Your coordinator will guide you on what steps need to be taken to begin your travel career. All potential travelers and full-time candidates for Aureus Medical will need to build an online profile and have a current CPR certification. Don’t worry, we will guide you every step of the way!

    No, our candidates never pay for our healthcare staffing and recruitment services. Our fees are covered by our clients who partner with us to locate high quality healthcare professionals for their facilities.
