Danielle Cavener, Polysomnographer
Danielle has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Cardiopulmonary and Allied Health Divisions of Aureus Medical Group. Danielle has completed eight contracts for Aureus and is currently finishing up a contract in Missouri where she has been extended twice. She is extremely reliable and a hard worker. The hospitals love her work ethic and positive attitude. Danielle is very deserving of this honor!
Maribel Torres, CT Tech
Maribel has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Diagnostic Imaging Division of Aureus Medical Group. Maribel has completed six travel assignments with Aureus and is scheduled to start her seventh. She continually receives the highest reviews for technical ability, patient care, dependability, and professionalism. She routinely extends and is asked back, which is a testament to her skills and abilities. Here are some comments from previous assignments:
- She was a very hard worker and didn’t have to be micro managed. She always completed her work and did an excellent job; she knew her stuff.
- Superior CT skills.
- Excellent patient care skills and teamwork.
- She is one of the best techs I have ever worked with!
- I gave her Charge pay even though she was not officially a Charge.

Ava Siggers, Medical Laboratory Technician
Ava has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Medical Laboratory Division of Aureus Medical Group. Ava has worked with Aureus since 2015 and has successfully completed eight assignments and is on her ninth now. She is a passionate MLT who has vastly expanded her skills throughout her career as a traveler. When she started with Aureus she had no blood bank knowledge or skills but was able to get trained on assignment and is now able to perform blood bank competently in the lab. Ava has a sparkling personality and makes friends and a lasting impression at every assignment. Even during trying times while traveling, she always tries to stay positive and flexible. On top of her busy work schedule, she is also currently working at obtaining her MT education and certification. Ava also has all positive evaluations in her file. Her most recent evaluation says, “Ava is an asset for our organization, she is willing to adapt to the changing needs of the laboratory.”
Brianne Allen, Speech Language Pathologist
Brianne has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Rehabilitation Therapy Division of Aureus Medical Group. Brianne has been traveling with Aureus since 2014 and has completed an impressive 14 assignments. She is an excellent therapist and is often offered extensions on her assignments. She has even received offers to stay on as a regular employee at some of her assignments! Brianne is a pleasure to work with. We are so thankful to have her on our team and look forward to continued partnership for her travel career.
Jaleesha Gregory, CNA
Jaleesha has been awarded the honor of being one of the Employees of the Quarter for the Nursing Division of Aureus Medical Group. Jaleesha has worked with Aureus since 2017 and has completed six contracts. She has proven herself time and time again and has been asked to extend on every single contract she has been on. She is punctual, organized, and timely in completing and maintaining all of her compliance documents and works seamlessly with our onboarding and compliance teams. Aside from her professional conduct outside of work, her patient care skills are unmatched. Jaleesha consistently puts in shifts and hours that help out our clients. Her most recent manager noted that, “you can ask her to do any task and she will do it with a grateful heart.” Grateful heart is truly an understatement. When talking to Jaleesha, you can hear in her voice how much she cares for her job, her residents, and her profession as a whole. She works tirelessly and exceeds the expectations of our clients and our internal staff. When faced with adversity, Jaleesha overcomes. While on a contract with our agency in South Dakota, she received news of the sudden passing of a very close family member. Jaleesha took time off to be with family and to cope with the tragic loss and has returned to Aureus with determination to continue to provide top-quality patient care and to be an advocate for her residents. She treats everyone that she meets with respect and is truly one of the kindest people.
William (Bill) Bankowski, RN (ICU)
Bill has been awarded the honor of being one of the Employees of the Quarter for the Nursing Division of Aureus Medical Group. Bill has worked with Aureus since the summer of 2015 and is working on his ninth assignment. He treats every patient as if they were his own family member and is a big advocate for patient safety in the workplace. He has done an amazing job on every assignment and always gets asked to extend or offered a full-time position. Bill takes challenges head on and stays solution-minded to compliance, patients, and co-workers. He is a prime example of what Aureus values and stands for. He deserves to be recognized for his dedication to his patients and Aureus.
