The Entertainment Capital of the World is certainly an appropriate spot for those who want to make the most of their time off. From world renowned musical performances, plays, stand up specials and illusionists, there’s always a fascinating show that you go to in Vegas. The Strip is also home to a number of high-end restaurants like CUT, Mario Batali’s Carnevino and Joël Robuchon.

And of course, you can’t talk about Las Vegas without mentioning its legendary casinos. Whether you like to play big at black jack or you take a few spins at the penny slots, visiting a Las Vegas casino is a must-do for many of the city’s visitors. Another city of American historic significance, Boston is a great destination for Labor Day weekend. If you don’t enjoy the cold, you’ll definitively want to get this trip in while you still have some summer left! Learn about the American Revolution as you stroll the Freedom Trail through the city. Visit the Granary Burying Ground where American Patriots John Hancock, Paul Revere and Samuel Adams were all laid to rest. You can also explore modern sites like the Museum of Fine Arts, Museum of Science or New England Aquarium.

Enjoy the pleasant weather as you walk along the Harbor or sit in one of the city’s beautiful parks.
