Aureus Medical is happy to announce its travel healthcare Employees of the Quarter. Employees are nominated by their Account Managers each quarter. The winners will then be included in the Employee of the Year nominations. Congratulations to all!
James Roberts, Respiratory Therapist
James has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Cardiopulmonary and Allied Health Division of Aureus Medical Group. Jim has been working with Aureus Medical since July 2008 and is currently on his 17th assignment. During his tenure with Aureus, he has been asked to return to the same facility 11 times. Jim is very independent and does his work very professionally. He is great at getting information from facilities and passing on leads for orders to help the account managers at Aureus. He’s truly an asset to the Aureus team.
Stephen Butler, CT Tech
Stephen has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Diagnostic Imaging Division of Aureus Medical Group. Steve started back in December of 2012. Since then, he has worked 13 assignments for us, just finished a year-long assignment, and started his 14th contract. Over the last seven years, Steve has been extremely loyal to Aureus Medical. He is a true professional and this award is long overdue for him.
Brad Anderson, MLT
Brad has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Medical Laboratory Division of Aureus Medical Group. He is on his eighth assignment with Aureus and has been working with us since 2015. His loyalty, work ethic, and ability to adapt to any situation make him unique. Brad consistently has outstanding appraisals and gets asked to extend. He is a great representative of Aureus!
Cole Thornton, Physical Therapist
Cole has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Rehabilitation Therapy Division of Aureus Medical Group. He has worked for Aureus non-stop since August 2016. He just finished his seventh contract with us and will be starting his next one in California in two weeks. Cole has always been asked to extend where he’s at, and extends a majority of the time. He is very responsive, positive, and has an overall great personality. We always receive awesome feedback from the facilities where he’s at too!
His manager from his last assignment said, “Cole has been great and will be missed by all! He is a great PT. Always professional and compassionate. He is open to feedback and quickly became part of the team. He was also good at giving feedback to the department as a whole and his input was valued.”
Marianna Moye, RN (ICU/PCU)
Marianna has been awarded the honor of being one of the Employees of the Quarter for the Nursing Division of Aureus Medical Group. She has worked with Aureus since 2016 and just started her ninth assignment with us. Marianna exudes confidence, flexibility, compassion, dedication, professionalism, knowledge, and team work not only with each account manager she works with at Aureus, but more importantly with each patient, family member, coworker, and manager she encounters while on assignment.
Her account manager said, “I am always so excited when Marianna is looking to take a contract closer to home as that means I might get the chance to work with her again. What can I say, I’m selfish. Marianna is truly an AMAZING RN and person and I feel very lucky that we have someone of her character and skill set out there representing Aureus. She is truly one of the best!”
Dorothy Hilton, RN (OR)
Dorothy has been awarded the honor of being one of the Employees of the Quarter for the Nursing Division of Aureus Medical Group. She has worked with us since July 2016 and has completed over 10 assignments. She is loyal, hard-working, and truly exemplifies what it means to be a compassionate nurse. Dorothy is continuously asked to extend and return back on assignments because she is so loved and adored by everyone. She has an overall rating of all 5s while on assignment and one manager commented, “Dorothy is a great nurse. She always puts her patient’s safety first. Dorothy is well seasoned and consistently recognized by our surgeons for doing a great job.” She has sent countless referrals to us and is truly Aureus Medical’s biggest cheerleader. We are SO lucky to have her!
One account manager also said, “Over the time I’ve worked with Dorothy I have gotten to know her extremely well and she has made my days brighter many a times. If I had to pick any one traveler from all these years that I would want to represent Aureus at a facility, it would be Dorothy Hilton!”
