These direct relationships benefit a traveler in a couple of ways. First, we’re able to call the hiring managers directly which speeds up the process for traveler interviews and offers. Also, direct contact allows us to call into a facility that may not have an open job order to market your skills and see if they have a need for a traveler with your experience. Another benefit is the possibility for pay negotiation if needed.
