Aureus Medical is happy to announce its contract healthcare Travel Employees of the Quarter. Employees are nominated by their Account Managers each quarter. The winners will then be included in the Employee of the Year nominations. Congratulations to all!
Charles A., EEG Technician
Charles has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Cardiopulmonary and Allied Health Division of Aureus Medical Group. Charles has completed 11 assignments for Aureus, dating back to 2007. He is usually placed for his next position two months in advance because of his great reputation in the field. Hospitals are always asking when he will become available again. Charles has also referred several people to Aureus and has been a mentor for a couple of the newer travelers. Hospitals always enjoy having him as an employee and treat him as one of their own. He is a great asset to Aureus Medical and the Neurodiagnostic field.
Kelly H., Sonographer
Kelly has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Diagnostic Imaging Division of Aureus Medical Group. Kelly just finished her seventh assignment with Aureus and the best words to describe her would be friendly, kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. An evaluation from her most recent assignment states, “We really enjoy having Kelly working with us. She does a great job and is very service oriented and knowledgeable.” Kelly has received four evaluations during the time she has worked with Aureus and all of them have had an overall rating of “Outstanding.” Kelly is a fantastic example of a traveler who everyone would want to work with and is a great representative of Aureus.
Tracy R., Histotechnician
Tracy has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Medical Laboratory Division of Aureus Medical Group. Tracy is great to work with. She has done five assignments with Aureus and the manager at her current facility LOVES her. She already extended once and they would love for her to extend again. The manager even went as far as to reach out to Aureus to send in her own statement to recommend Tracy for Employee of the Quarter. She is a true asset to Aureus and we are lucky to have her as part of the team!
Crystal A., RN (L&D)
Crystal has been awarded the honor of being one of the Employees of the Quarter for the Nursing Division of Aureus Medical Group. Crystal started her travel career with Aureus and has traveled exclusively with Aureus since March 2014. She’ll finish her eighth contract with us soon and we are working on her next assignment plans right now. Crystal is an absolute joy to work with. She consistently receives great evaluations from clients:
- We have had multiple changes in practice since Crystal has joined our staff and she has no trouble adapting her practice to meet our norm. We just transitioned from Traceview EFM to FetaLink EFM with many changes and she also has no difficulty learning or applying the changes to her practice seamlessly.
- Crystal is a delight to work with. She always comes in with a positive attitude and ready to work. Any task you assign her she completes. Staff enjoy working with her. She quickly assimilated in to the team. We will be sorry to see her go when her contract ends.
Diana L., RN (Telemetry)
Diana has been awarded the honor of being one of the Employees of the Quarter for the Nursing Division of Aureus Medical Group. She has been traveling with Aureus for over five years and is currently on assignment in California. She is understanding and kind when situations arise and never becomes upset over it. She has even broken her toe on this assignment and still gone in to work without a complaint. Her account manager can’t say enough good things about Diana and says she truly deserves this nomination because she works hard, is a great nurse, and always has a wonderful attitude.
Suzanne G., Physical Therapist
Suzanne has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Rehabilitation Therapy Division of Aureus Medical Group. Suzi has been working for Aureus since June 2015 and has completed seven assignments with us. She is a strong therapist with a great work ethic. Suzi has been rolling with the punches from day one with no complaints, including a cancellation on her first assignment as well as an early out on her second assignment. She has been asked to stay on permanently at nearly all of her assignments. Suzi is always on top of her compliance on every assignment and keeps personal records so that if we are missing something she easily has access to it. Over the course of her employment, Suzi has referred two other PTs that have worked at least two assignments with us. She is the epitome of an amazing traveler!
