Tara B., Respiratory Therapist
Tara has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Cardiopulmonary Division of Aureus Medical Group. Tara is currently on her 5th assignment with Aureus and has been with her current facility for nearly a year. She is extremely flexible, friendly, out-going, and makes a wonderful impression on our clients. She doesn’t hesitate to work split shifts, come in early, or do anything to help the department she is working for. Tara even went above and beyond on her assignment in Louisiana and worked while also helping her mother recover from major surgery. Her bubbly personality and upbeat attitude are infectious. It is no wonder that our clients ask for her to return and always extend her assignments. Tara is a great contribution to the Aureus team.
Mary W., Ultrasound Tech
Mary has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Diagnostic Imaging Division of Aureus Medical Group. She has completed over 18 assignments with Aureus, beginning in February 2002. She walks into the department and instantly becomes part of the team. Mary is a dedicated professional that has been asked for numerous times for return assignments. She has also referred a number of other outstanding professionals to Aureus. Her commitment to her job and her great disposition make Mary an absolute pleasure to work with. Mary is more than just an Ultrasound Tech – she’s a true representation of the Aureus Medical mission.
Nath F., Medical Laboratory Technician
Nath has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Medical Laboratory Division of Aureus Medical Group. Nath is on his seventh assignment with Aureus and is a true professional. Recently, he was willing to drive from Ashland, Oregon to Fairbury, NE (that’s 1700 miles!) in two days to start an assignment. He has received great evaluations from all of his managers. Nath has made true friends both here at Aureus and in the labs he’s worked. He’s definitely an asset to Aureus Medical.
Susan S., RN (Telemetry)
Susan has been awarded the honor of Employee of the Quarter for the Nursing Division of Aureus Medical Group. She has worked for Aureus since January 2006. Her Account Manager says that Susan is the most positive RN he has worked with. She has been asked to extend several times on her current contract. Sue is loved by her patients, coworkers, and managers. One hospital manager said, “She was just outstanding! Her customer service was wondering with patients and with other staff. No matter what kind of patients she had, she always had a smile on her face. She was always positive.” Sue has a positive attitude and outlook on life and it shows both at work and outside of the hospital.

Catherine K., Physical Therapist
Ryan and Catherine have been awarded the honor of Co-Employees of the Quarter for the Rehab Therapy Division of Aureus Medical Group. Ryan and Catherine, who are engaged to be married this summer and travel together, have been with Aureus since October 2008 and are currently on their way to their 4th assignment. At their last assignment in New Mexico, they experienced an unusual winter (by New Mexico standards) with higher than normal amounts of snow and inclimate weather. They kept up their positive attitudes though and worked there for six months. For several weeks, Catherine even worked as the solo PT in the department after some turnover and the loss of a manager. On top of their busy schedules, they found time to foster a dog from the local animal shelter! These two embody all of the positive characteristics of the best travelers: talented, compassionate and selfless.
