Celebrating Nurses

“They may forget your name, but they will never forget the way you made them feel.” — Maya Angelou

I came across that quote a few weeks ago and I immediately thought of the day to day struggle all nurses go through.  You are the unsung heroes.  You do not do your job for fame or fortune. You perform flawlessly each and every day for one reason: to make a difference in someone’s life.  The patients leave and like the quote says, they most likely will never remember your name.  But the impression you leave on them will never go away.  As we reflect on National Nurses Week, I wanted to personally thank each and every one of you and not just those reading this that work for our company, but every nurse out there.  Thank you for leaving an impression on all of us.
