Did you know that November 7-13 is National Nurse Practitioner Week? According to the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, there are currently about 153,000 NPs practicing and the number is growing every year. Because of their unique combination of medical and nursing expertise, they are becoming the healthcare provider of choice for many people.
