Coping with COVID-19 pandemic
During this stressful and uncertain time in all our lives, it’s hard to contain and control the emotions stirring up inside us. Every time you turn the T.V. on and see another update on the news of the current pandemic, it gets depressing and makes you even more scared about what’s next. Though this time is strange and new to all of us, we can take steps to make sure we stay healthy, upbeat, and sane!
