What is Aureus Medical’s process for qualifying candidates?
Once we have been advised of your specific staffing need, we go to work for you following
our proven method for providing quality resources and staffing services.
1) First, we will conduct a search of our extensive proprietary database of qualified candidates and nationwide network of contacts to locate the most qualified individual(s) to match your defined need.
2) We will conduct a personal interview of each candidate.
3) Extensive and comprehensive reference and background checks are then performed.
4) We present the most qualified candidate(s) to you for your review.
5) We arrange for you to interview the candidate(s) you select.
6) YOU make the final decision.
7) We present your offer to the candidate of your choice.
8) We handle all arrangements to get the candidate(s) to you on the date and time you specify.
Can a traveler work longer than their original assignment called for?
Yes. As long as the traveler is agreeable, you may extend the initial job assignment for any
period of time you wish. Just contact your Aureus Account Manager.
Does Aureus Medical pay health insurance, employer-related taxes and worker
compensation for its travel healthcare professionals?
Aureus Medical is responsible for the payment and processing of taxes, insurance and worker
compensation costs for all travelers who are our employees. We also offer our employees a
generous benefits package which includes: health/dental/life insurance; a 401(k) program
with matching contributions; a Section 125 Plan, Professional Liability Coverage (malpractice);
and vacation.
