Our Account Managers then work quickly to find available candidates that meet your requirements in our extensive database. We strive to present within 48 hours. All of our candidates are pre-screened before being presented to you. This makes the process as efficient as possible and saves you time. Our dedicated records department verifies all information submitted by the candidate, including licensure. At a time that is convenient for you, we arrange a phone interview with the candidate to determine if they are a good fit. If you are hiring for a position that requires a personal interview, we handle all travel logistics. We also handle these details for all contract employees for each assignment. (Execpt CRNA) After reviewing the choices, you determine which individual will best meet your needs and fit into your facility's environment.
Our Search Consultants set up a time for an on-site Opportunity Analysis. Together, we determine a search strategy based on your unique needs. We begin the search process using a combination of marketing efforts. Upon identifying an ideal candidate, we complete a thorough pre-screening process. Our dedicated records department verifies all information submitted by the candidate, including licensure. We present our top candidate, including CV, work history and their motivation for seeking a new opportunity. Upon your request, we will personally interview the candidate for further prescreening. We arrange for the candidate to visit your facility to tour, meet with staff and experience your community. We will handle all logistics, and are available to accompany the candidate upon your request. If you choose to hire the candidate, we will assist with contract negotiation and relocation logistics.
