One of the most common New Year’s Resolutions is to lose weight. We have all heard the benefits – better health, more energy, etc. But whether it’s five pounds or 50 pounds, it can be a struggle. Being on the road can make it even harder, as you are adjusting to a new city, new job, and new schedule. While exercise and diet are the best and safest way to shed the extra weight, more and more people are trying new supplements to aid in the loss. However, some of the ingredients in these pills can have serious side effects. We want all of our employees to be safe and healthy. I found this article on the NursingLink website about one supplement, Hydroxycut, that I thought would be important to share. It is definitely a personal choice on whether to take diet pills, but make sure to check with your doctor before starting.
